Old North End

The historic Old North End is situated just nort of downtown Colorado Springs. When you are with your group of friends, you may want to visit Monument Valley Park. Situated on the banks of Monument Creek, this attraction is a popular gathering place. Various public events tke place in this park. Fro example, the Nielsen 2-mile challenge. The largest tract is the Old North End Historic District. This included the Historic Preservation Overlay Zone. As you will see, this indeed does live up to it’s name. Here are older properties which are visibly well maintained. The North Weber Wahsatch Historic District is smaller, but largely matches the description of the said Historic Preservation Overlay Zone.
